Asset Management Software by Siemens, formerly Brightly Software, today announced the appointments of Mark Horne as Chief Revenue Officer and Nicolas Huguet as Vice President, Head of EMEA. These appointments strengthen the company’s global commercial leadership within Siemens’ asset management portfolio.

Horne is a technology and SaaS executive with more than two decades of experience transforming go-to-market organizations and scaling revenue. Most recently, he served as Vertical President of Fullstream Marketing, where he led a business serving customers across diverse industries and oversaw its transformation through AI-enabled delivery and customer-focused growth strategies. He previously served as CRO of Incident IQ, a SaaS company serving K-12 school districts, and held leadership roles at Equifax, RedHat, Sage, and NCR. At Siemens, Horne will lead sales, customer success, and revenue operations, strengthening go-to-market execution for Asset Management Software.

He joins from BT International, where he led global business units serving digital industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and transportation, and previously held leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Nokia, Yahoo, and Google. Huguet will lead the EMEA business, advancing an integrated go-to-market strategy that strengthens collaboration, operational excellence, customer success, and sustainable growth across the region.
