NEW YORK, Oct. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hall Chadwick Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: HCAC) (the “Company”) and REEcycle Holdings, Inc. (“REEcycle”) jointly announced the filing of the registration statement on Form S-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on October 1, 2026, in connection with the previously announced proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”). The registration statement includes a preliminary proxy statement/prospectus. It has not yet been declared effective by the SEC.
The Company and REEcycle have also released an updated investor presentation for use in connection with the Business Combination. The presentation has been furnished to the SEC as an exhibit to a Current Report on Form 8-K and is available on the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov.
